About the role#
This is a full-time internship for the Winter 2027 term. You will join a team focused on solving complex business challenges related to workforce mobility. The role involves working on tax compliance, consulting, and technology services for multinational corporations.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to share insights and drive results.
- Manage, manipulate, and analyze data to find meaningful patterns.
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing processes.
- Adhere to risk management and compliance protocols.
- Communicate clearly in both verbal and written formats.
- Build and maintain your professional network.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
- Interest in U.S. individual income tax returns and cost projections for international employees.
- Ability to research tax laws and evaluate technical matters.
- Experience working with large, complex data sets, analytical models, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with automation and digitization in a professional setting.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and solve problems.
- Skill in engaging with various levels of client and internal management.

- Location: San Jose, California.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires at least two days per week in the office).
- Status: Paid, full-time internship.
