About the role#
As a Client Technology Services Intern, you will define integration and reporting requirements while working with systems and data to transform and report on mobility information. You will provide technology solutions that streamline processes and contribute to the delivery of reporting and integration capabilities.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical integration requirements and reporting needs.
- Participate in client meetings, including preparing materials and managing follow-up actions.
- Design and implement technical solutions to integrate client systems with Vialto platforms.
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Create and customize reports and dashboards to deliver insights.
- Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure integration reliability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
What you'll need#
- A degree or current enrollment in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Data Science, Data Analytics, Software Engineering, or Systems Engineering.
- Experience with dashboarding and reporting tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL.
- Experience with data blending tools like Alteryx.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify issues and develop solutions quickly.
- A proactive approach to meeting client needs and precision in handling data.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Skills in working within teams and flexibility to learn new tools.
- Ability to analyze data and generate insights.
- Understanding of project management principles.
Location & details#
- Locations: Manhattan, New York or San Jose, California.
- Modality: Hybrid (minimum of 3 days in the office).
- Term: Winter 2027 (Mid-January 2027 to Mid-April 2027).
- Employment: Full time, paid internship.
