About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Pella, Iowa. You will work on-site to analyze data sets and identify patterns that help improve process performance. The role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights while maintaining the integrity of company information.
What you'll do#
- Research and resolve data issues using existing databases, process models, and business requirements.
- Build and use automated tools to clean data and monitor quality across legacy and transactional systems.
- Troubleshoot discrepancies to keep data assets accurate.
- Support Business Intelligence projects through dashboard design, documentation, and data storytelling.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's degree program for Statistical Science, Computer Science, or Mathematics.
- Proficiency with Python or R for data analysis.
- Ability to write SQL queries to extract data from relational databases.
- Experience working with large data sets and condensing them into useful information.
- Familiarity with mobile, PC, and web software.

- The role is on-site and does not require travel.
