- Manage the tooling and non-recurring engineering tracker, monitoring purchase orders against milestones like first article inspections and payments.
- Build cost baselines by normalizing quotes and setting sub-assembly targets for future builds.
- Monitor supplier capacity against forecasts and flag potential shortages before production begins.
- Assist with new vendor onboarding by gathering required quality and legal documentation.
- Prepare supplier scorecard data for quarterly business reviews and create quote analysis packages for negotiations.
- Document your processes to ensure the team can maintain these tools after your departure.
What you'll need#
- You are a rising senior or recent graduate in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations, Business, or a related field, graduating within one year.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, including Power Query, lookups, and pivots.
- Experience using SQL or Python to pull and join data across systems.
