About the role#
As a Business Intelligence Intern, you will join the Fiber Engineering and Operations Transformation and Business Enablement team. You will work within Center Operations Agile Transformation teams to support process evolution and business enablement. This role involves direct participation in an active Agile scrum team, where you will contribute to the optimization of Fiber Solution Centers, Network Technicians, and Dispatch Operations.
What you'll do#
- Plug into an active, mid-flight Agile scrum team to address backlog items.
- Analyze customer friction and map journey events.
- Fine-tune agentic AI capabilities across support layers.
- Synthesize customer interaction transcripts and LLM performance logs.
- Drive backlog priorities and optimize the agentic network.
- Work with applications including GECX, GCP, Looker, ConvoIQ, and Tableau.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor’s degree program, with a graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
- Good academic standing and the ability to work full-time for 10 weeks between June 2027 and August 2027.
- Authorization to work in the U.S. without restrictions or need for future sponsorship.
- Experience in advanced predictive analytics and data architecture.
- Demonstrated experience with Generative AI frameworks and tools, such as LangChain, AutoGPT, Google Gemini, and NotebookLM.
- Ability to travel and relocate as needed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with operations or leadership project management and Agile or Scrum methodologies.
- Relevant coursework in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, Business Intelligence, Artificial Intelligence, Systems Engineering, or related fields.

- Modality: Hybrid, with a requirement to work from the office at least three days per week.
