About the role#
This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027. You will work on real projects, build professional relationships, and gain exposure to leaders and teams across the business. This program provides hands-on experience in a professional environment.
What you'll do#
- Gain experience in Finance Transformation, Product Management, and Agentic AI.
- Apply AI and analytics to improve financial reporting, planning, forecasting, and business decision-making.
- Support the design, testing, and enhancement of AI agents, copilots, and intelligent automation solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance, Data, and Technology teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into product capabilities.
- Analyze reports, dashboards, and data to identify opportunities for automation, simplification, and modernization.
- Own project deliverables and present insights, recommendations, and outcomes to business and technology leaders.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Data Science, or Computer Science programs.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0.
- Relevant prior work or internship experience in finance, accounting, financial systems, technology, consulting, or related business functions.
- Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience driving results in ambiguous environments.
- Familiarity with agile delivery and product development processes is preferred.
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
- Coursework, projects, or leadership experience in Finance, Accounting, Business, Data Analytics, Product Management, or Artificial Intelligence.
