About the role#
Venture Solar is hiring a Business Development Associate Intern to work from our Stamford office. This role provides hands-on experience across our sales process. You will support our closing team and help manage the data that drives our sales strategy. This position is a 6-month commitment starting in September 2026.
What you'll do#
- Manage lead disposition and planning.
- Identify neighborhoods and properties with high solar potential.
- Record marketing data for homes, including roof viability, home value, and heating types.
- Find new data points to improve lead journeys and customer likelihood.
- Work with the Business Analyst team to inform marketing decisions.
- Talk to customers to gather feedback for marketing automations.
- Schedule consultations for homeowners interested in solar and battery systems.
What you'll need#
- High school diploma.
- Ability to work full-time in-person in Stamford, CT.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel.
- Strong focus and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
- An analytical mindset and interest in data.
- Punctuality and reliability.
- Experience with CRM systems or mapping tools is a plus.
