About the role#
The Campaign Analyst Intern program offers hands-on experience within the Life Company organization. You will work with experienced professionals to create marketing campaign audiences for Life Insurance, Annuities, Health Insurance, and Investment products. This role focuses on delivering data-driven solutions to business challenges while you build professional relationships through mentorship.
What you'll do#
- Lead campaign requirement sessions and provide audience expertise.
- Assist in determining forecasted volumes for marketing campaigns.
- Oversee the build, execution, and delivery of accurate audience data.
- Build and refine target marketing audiences.
- Perform analysis on funnel fall out.
- Apply data science models to improve response rates.
What you'll need#
- Pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, or Marketing Analysis.
- Graduation date scheduled after August 13, 2027.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Snowflake or Tableau.
- Understanding of paid media and target marketing channels.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present to peers and leaders.

- Location: San Antonio, Texas.
- Term: Summer 2027 (June 2, 2027, to August 13, 2027).
- Employment type: Full-time.
- Compensation: $25 - $33 per hour plus an intern stipend.
- Note: This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
