Position Overview: The Manufacturing Intern will support a broad range of day-to-day manufacturing activities while gaining hands-on experience in a production environment. This is a learning-focused role that provides exposure to manufacturing processes, documentation, quality, and production support. Key Responsibilities: - Support day-to-day manufacturing and production activities. - Help document and organize manufacturing processes and work instructions. - Assist with identifying and resolving basic production issues. - Support improvements to manufacturing processes and work areas. - Work with production, quality, materials, and other team members as needed. - Help maintain an organized and efficient production environment. - Take on other manufacturing-related tasks and projects as assigned. Knowledge, Skills &Abilities: - Basic understanding of manufacturing and production processes - Strong willingness to learn and take on a variety of hands-on tasks - Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills - Ability to work effectively with others in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Minimum Requirements: - Currently enrolled in a college or technical program. - Interest in manufacturing, production, or hands-on technical work. - Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment. - Good communication and organizational skills. - Basic computer skills. - Ability to work effectively with a team. - College student pursuing a degree or technical program in any relevant field. - Engineering degree or engineering experience is not required.
