About the role#
The Manufacturing Intern will support day-to-day production activities while gaining hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment. This is a learning-focused role that provides exposure to manufacturing processes, documentation, quality control, and production support. You will work across teams to help maintain an efficient production floor.
What you'll do#
- Support daily manufacturing and production activities.
- Help document and organize manufacturing processes and work instructions.
- Assist with identifying and resolving basic production issues.
- Support improvements to manufacturing processes and work areas.
- Work with production, quality, and materials team members.
- Help maintain an organized and efficient production environment.
- Take on other manufacturing tasks and projects as assigned.
What you'll need#
- Currently enrolled in a college or technical program.
- Interest in manufacturing, production, or hands-on technical work.
- Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on environment.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a team.
- Note that an engineering degree or prior engineering experience is not required.
