About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027 based in Plano, Texas. You will support initiatives to improve the efficiency and visibility of property operations across our national retail portfolio. Throughout the ten-week program, you will work on a project with measurable business impact and present your findings to leadership.
What you'll do#
- Analyze performance data related to property management, facilities, and vendors to find trends and cost-saving opportunities.
- Develop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and process documentation.
- Partner with teams across Facilities, Real Estate, Construction, Procurement, Finance, and Risk Management.
- Present final project recommendations to Property Management leadership.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, Supply Chain, Construction Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Expected graduation date between May 2027 and May 2028.
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.2.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate real estate or business operations.
- Proven leadership potential through academics, internships, athletics, or other extracurricular activities.
- Preferred: Prior experience in property management, real estate, or operations, and relevant coursework in finance, accounting, or business analytics.
