About the role#
This is a full-time, paid internship for the Summer 2027 term. You will work on-site at our headquarters in Plano, Texas. The program runs for ten weeks from May 25 through July 30, 2027. We do not provide immigration sponsorship for this position.
What you'll do#
- Analyze software license utilization by comparing assigned licenses against actual consumption to find cost efficiency improvements.
- Work with IT teams to identify and recommend software license reclamation opportunities.
- Monitor software asset compliance and forecast true-up risks by evaluating usage patterns and trends.
- Assess software portfolios to identify duplicate functionality and provide recommendations for standardization.
What you'll need#
- You must be a rising Junior or above at an accredited four-year college or university.
- Completed coursework in Computer Science, Networking, Information Systems, or Programming.
- A cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher.
- The ability to work in our Plano, Texas office Monday through Friday.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of industry trends and the current threat landscape.
- A demonstrated ability to analyze and correlate information from various enterprise technologies.
