About the role#
As an Enterprise UX Intern, you will work with the ICE IT team to build a library of short-form instructional videos. You will help turn high-use knowledge articles into content that is easy for employees to follow. This role involves both individual tasks and team collaboration to support various functional areas. You will report to a manager who will help you set and achieve your goals.
What you'll do#
- Analyze knowledge article usage data with the UX data analyst to decide which content to prioritize for video production.
- Write clear scripts based on existing knowledge base articles.
- Produce and edit short-form instructional videos.
- Support the production of live IT education webinars, including developing presentations and conducting demo practice sessions.
- Analyze business processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a degree program at an accredited university, with at least junior standing.
- Strong written communication and public presentation skills.
- The ability to explain technical content in simple, accessible language.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated skills in video production and editing.
- A portfolio or coursework samples in video, communications, digital media, or instructional design are preferred.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, on-site internship based in Atlanta, Georgia.
- The program runs during the Summer of 2027.
- You must be available to work five days a week for the full duration of one of the two program schedules: May 24 to August 6, 2027, or June 7 to August 20, 2027.
