About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in enterprise software management, licensing, compliance, and operational governance. You will support the IT Asset Management (ITAM) program by managing software entitlements, tracking lifecycles, and performing inventory reconciliation. This is a full-time, paid position based at our corporate headquarters.
What you'll do#
- Organize software contracts, renewals, invoices, and licensing documentation.
- Reconcile purchased licenses against deployed software inventories.
- Assist with software compliance reviews and gather documentation for vendor audits.
- Identify licensing gaps, over-deployment, or unused software licenses.
- Track applications reaching End-of-Support or End-of-Life status.
- Validate software inventory data and improve asset record accuracy.
- Support license harvesting and consolidation initiatives.
- Create reports and track key performance indicators for leadership.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in an accredited Juris Doctor (J.D.) program, having completed your first or second year of law school.
- A preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to research and document findings independently.
- Analytical mindset with high attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn enterprise IT processes.

- Compensation: $23.00 per hour.
