About the role#
As a Customer Performance Analytics Intern, you will join our Data & Analytics department for a ten-week program. You will work alongside experienced analysts and leaders to support the customer analytics function. This role provides hands-on experience in a public company environment, focusing on how data-driven decisions shape our business strategy.
What you'll do#
- Translate complex customer datasets into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Create executive-ready presentations and business narratives to support strategic decision making.
- Use data storytelling and visualization to communicate findings to various audiences.
- Partner with business stakeholders to align analytics priorities with company goals.
- Identify new opportunities to drive growth through data analysis.
- Improve internal standards for analytical methodologies, data quality, documentation, and project management.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited Bachelor’s degree program, having completed your first or second year of college.
- Strong academic performance, with a preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher.
- A demonstrated interest in analytics, computer science, data science, or data engineering.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including comfort speaking in front of large groups.
- Proven leadership potential through academics, extracurriculars, athletics, or other relevant experience.
Location & details#
- This is a full-time, paid internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is based on-site at our corporate headquarters in Plano, Texas.
- We do not offer employment-based immigration sponsorship for this position.
