About the role#
University Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Student Assistant to provide clerical support within the Human Resources office. This is a part-time, temporary position that offers a hybrid work environment. You will assist with daily administrative tasks while gaining experience in human resources operations.
What you'll do#
- Collect, review, and track employee timesheets.
- Monitor employee leave accounts.
- Update organizational charts.
- Log employee training records and probationary reports.
- Assist in the preparation of hiring documents and schedule interviews.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student at an accredited institution.
- Minimum enrollment of six-semester units or nine quarter units for undergraduates.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong command of spelling, grammar, punctuation, and basic arithmetic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Majors in Business Administration, Communications, English, or Human Resources.
