About the role#
As a Recruiting and Sourcing Intern, you will support our talent acquisition team in Whippany. You will work directly with our recruiters to find, engage, and attract candidates for various open roles. This position offers hands-on experience with the full recruitment process, from initial sourcing to candidate assessment.
What you'll do#
- Identify potential candidates for open positions using various channels and platforms.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Engage with candidates through email and social media.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to help shape our recruitment strategy.
What you'll need#
- You are currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in talent acquisition.
- You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You are detail-oriented and organized.
- You are familiar with social media platforms and sourcing tools.

- This is a paid, full-time, on-site internship based in Whippany, New Jersey.
