About the role#
This internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment within the home health care industry. The program focuses on mentorship and guided learning to help you understand how hiring works in a real business setting. This is a paid, full-time, remote position with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Source candidates and learn how to manage talent pipelines.
- Handle recruitment documentation and track hiring processes.
- Coordinate interviews and learn how to manage scheduling workflows.
- Observe and participate in recruitment discussions.
- Gain experience with recruitment systems and industry-standard tools.
What you'll need#
- An interest in recruitment, human resources, or business operations.
- A desire to learn and grow through professional mentorship.
- You are currently a student, a fresh graduate, or a career explorer.
- No prior recruitment experience is required for this role.
