About the role#
University Enterprises, Inc. is hiring a Student Assistant to join the Brand Marketing team. This part-time, paid internship supports global consumer and rural marketing programs. You will report to the Brand Marketing Coordinator and assist with various projects across the department.
What you'll do#
- Track campaign performance and review creative assets.
- Prepare reports and presentations for internal and external communication.
- Assist with meeting preparation for Brand & Content, Rural, and Snow committees.
- Oversee the collection and tracking of brand and media partnership assets.
- Proofread and edit creative copy and advertorials to maintain brand integrity.
- Perform data entry and general administrative tasks.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student at an accredited institution.
- Declared major in Marketing or Communications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Location & details#
- This position is based on-site in Sacramento, California.
- Work schedule is flexible, Monday through Friday, between 8 AM and 5 PM.
- Students generally work up to 24 hours per week during the academic year and up to 40 hours per week during breaks.
- Compensation ranges from $16.90 to $20.50 per hour.
- This is a non-benefited, temporary position.
