About the role#
This is a paid internship based in Westlake, Louisiana. You will learn the sales process by working alongside inside and outside sales teams. The goal is to gain industry knowledge and practical experience to prepare for a potential role as a Sales Associate after you graduate.
What you'll do#
- Complete safety training and follow site procedures.
- Support branch operations in the yard, including equipment check-in and maintenance.
- Shadow sales staff to understand their daily responsibilities and customer service standards.
- Learn to use internal systems such as RentalMan and Salesforce.
- Attend departmental meetings, ride-alongs, and conference calls.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
- Prior relevant work experience is preferred.
