About the role#
This is a paid, year-round internship designed to provide hands-on experience in a professional contact center. Interns work alongside experienced professionals to solve customer challenges and develop communication and problem-solving skills. Participants receive one-on-one peer mentoring and have the potential for full-time employment opportunities upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Guide and process customer orders and account inquiries using company technology.
- Build business relationships with customers through phone, email, and chat interactions.
- Assist customers with website navigation and the online ordering process.
- Participate in company outings and networking events.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a Junior or Senior college student.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong work ethic.
- Availability to work 15 hours per week during the school year.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or Psychology.

- Locations: Hudson, WI; St. Paul, MN; Eau Claire, WI; Woodbury, MN; and Minneapolis, MN.

- Schedule: Rolling, year-round term.
- Requirements: All new hires must complete a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.
