About the role#
This 10-week paid internship offers hands-on experience within our Wealth and Asset Management teams. You will gain foundational knowledge of how we support clients through banking, trust, planning, and investment services. Interns participate in a variety of projects, training, and mentorship opportunities designed to build technical and business acumen. This role serves as a potential pathway to our full-time Wealth & Asset Management Development Program upon graduation.
What you'll do#
- Perform research, analysis, review, and monitoring of products and services.
- Analyze current costs and estimate potential savings or benefits for project recommendations.
- Compile and analyze information for assigned projects and present findings.
- Co-lead and influence a working team of project staff.
- Act as a project liaison between different departments.
- Build a supportive community of peers through social events, volunteer days, and workshops.
What you'll need#
- Current pursuit of a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics.
- Target graduation date of December 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Ability to begin the program on June 7, 2027.
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts.
- Proficiency in Office 365, with strong skills in Excel.
- Strong interest in finance, project management, consulting, or investment management.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- A proactive, flexible, and solutions-focused approach to teamwork.
- Unwavering integrity and ethics.
Location & details#
- Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota.
- Modality: Hybrid (requires working from a U.S. Bank location at least three days per week).
- Schedule: Full-time, approximately 40 hours per week.
- Term: Summer 2027.
