About the role#
This 10-week paid internship provides a foundation for leading, executing, and optimizing strategic marketing initiatives. You will receive training, mentorship, and access to a community of peers and advisors. Interns work approximately 40 hours each week.
What you'll do#
- Develop strategic marketing plans, define goals, and identify target segments.
- Monitor trends, coordinate resources, and adjust plans as needed.
- Plan, execute, and manage marketing projects and multi-channel campaigns.
- Establish metrics and KPIs to track performance and analyze data.
- Optimize marketing strategies based on performance results.
- Collaborate with creative and content professionals to produce marketing materials.
- Anticipate and adapt to changing market conditions and new technologies.
- Develop product, technical, and business acumen.
- Identify challenges and drive continuous improvement.
- Complete a Marketing Capstone project to present to senior executives.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a bachelor’s degree with a target graduation in Fall/Winter 2027 or Spring 2028.
- Coursework in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Digital Media, Analytics, or Management Information Systems.
- Ability to start the program on June 7, 2027.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus familiarity with Copilot and AI.
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time constraints.
- Comfort working both independently and in a team environment.
