About the role#
TTM Technologies is hiring a part-time Talent, Learning, and Inclusion Intern to support our Global Talent team. This is a year-round role where you will work on projects, collaborate with a mentor, and present outcomes to company leaders. You will also participate in professional development and team building activities.
What you'll do#
- Support talent management, learning, and development initiatives.
- Work with the Inclusion Council to develop a mentorship program.
- Create content for cultural holidays, heritage events, and the Inclusion magazine.
- Plan and design communication materials for employees.
- Collaborate with the Learning & Development team to design curricula.
- Help create synergies across the global talent function.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an HR, Business, or related four-year degree program.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and self-motivation.
- Ability to multitask and manage several projects at once.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity and the ability to work with people from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong initiative, interpersonal skills, and work ethic.
Location & details#
- This role is remote.
- Position is part-time and operates on a rolling term.
- This is a paid internship.
- TTM does not provide sponsorship for this role.
- Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures, including ITAR and EAR regulations.
