About the role#
We are looking for a Human Resources Intern to support our HR transformation, talent, and digital enablement initiatives. This role provides exposure to multiple HR disciplines, including process improvement, workforce analytics, and technology optimization. You will partner with HR and business leaders to identify opportunities to improve the employee experience and streamline operations.
What you'll do#
- Drive HR transformation by evaluating existing processes and recommending ways to simplify, standardize, or automate workflows.
- Use HR technology, AI, and automation tools to improve data quality and operational effectiveness.
- Support the design and implementation of an enhanced onboarding experience through new workflows and training materials.
- Contribute to talent and organizational development, including leadership programs and learning curriculum design.
- Analyze workforce data to generate insights for business decision-making.
- Assist with internship programs and talent acquisition, including sourcing and interview coordination.
- Conduct research on emerging HR trends and technologies to support strategic initiatives.
- Create process documentation, standard operating procedures, and job aids to improve knowledge sharing.
- Partner with stakeholders on special projects that advance workforce strategy.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.
- Interest in HR technology, AI, people analytics, and organizational development.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a focus on Excel.
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or Workday is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to translate data into clear reports and presentations.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- A self-motivated, adaptable mindset and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

- This is a full-time, on-site position based in Southfield, Michigan.
- The internship follows a rolling term structure.
- This position is paid.
