About the role#
We are looking for a Sales Intern to join our team in Southfield, Michigan. This role supports our sales operations, business development, and customer engagement efforts within the automotive sector. You will gain hands-on experience in market research, data analysis, and the use of modern sales technologies.
What you'll do#
- Prepare customer presentations, proposals, and business reviews.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and sales databases.
- Conduct research on markets, industries, and competitors to find new business opportunities.
- Analyze sales data to track performance metrics and customer trends.
- Use AI tools to improve prospecting, data analysis, and overall sales efficiency.
- Support lead generation and outreach activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs.
- Participate in customer meetings and internal sales reviews.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Ability to interpret data and make recommendations based on your findings.
- Experience with AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Familiarity with CRM systems or sales analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in the automotive industry and emerging sales technologies.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
