About the role#
This is a full-time, paid Mechanical Engineering internship for Summer 2027. You will work on-site in Syracuse, New York, focusing on production, process improvement, and yield optimization.
What you'll do#
- Support engineering projects related to products and processes.
- Run qualification experiments and document the results.
- Format data and generate technical data sheets.
- Help with failure analysis and the statistical classification of failures.
- Comply with all export control policies and procedures, including ITAR and EAR regulations.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Visual Basic, and code writing.
- Strong skills in documentation and procedure writing.
- Ability to analyze data using statistics.
- Structured problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and the ability to multitask.
