About the role#
This position is open exclusively to 2026 Truist interns. You will join the Credit track, which is designed to build a pipeline of analysts through rotations in Commercial and Middle Market Banking, Specialized Industries, and Wholesale Payments. This program combines practical work experience with a custom curriculum to deepen your financial services acumen and build professional skills.
What you'll do#
- Complete all prescribed training programs successfully.
- Participate in business rotations, working on projects and daily activities to apply concepts learned in training.
- Work directly with business clients to develop analytical and relationship-management skills.
- Perform special projects or assignments as needed.
- Gain exposure to the industries, products, and solutions that power commercial banking.
What you'll need#
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a graduation date between May 2026 and June 2027.
- A 3.0+ GPA is preferred.
- General knowledge of the financial services industry.
- Willingness to travel.
- Ability to relocate for the program and to various locations throughout the Truist footprint upon program completion.

- Locations: Charlotte, North Carolina and Atlanta, Georgia.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time and paid.
