About the role#
The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) internship is a summer program designed to build a foundation for a career in business operations. You will gain exposure to professional work experiences through planned activities and projects. This internship provides insight into business operations and various career paths within the company. You will also participate in company-wide events and community outreach, allowing you to network with leadership and management across different functional teams.
What you'll do#
- Develop and present solutions to relevant business and operations topics alongside fellow interns.
- Participate in assignments focused on operational effectiveness, project leadership, data analytics, and digital enablement.
- Engage with functional teams including actuarial, finance, underwriting, and product.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
- Preferred majors include Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater is preferred.
- Experience with leadership fundamentals in professional, academic, or community settings, such as managing a team, leading a project, or mentoring others.
Location & details#
- This is a paid, full-time internship for Summer 2027.
- The role is located on-site in Centennial, Colorado.
- This position does not offer visa sponsorship.
