About the role#
The Engineering Development Program internship provides a professional work experience for students interested in technology careers. You will gain insight into the business through hands-on work, a technology curriculum, and a mentorship program. This role is designed to help you connect your academic background with real-world projects while networking with leadership and management across the company.
What you'll do#
- Work with a technical team to develop and present solutions to business and technology topics.
- Perform duties in data and software engineering.
- Apply academic concepts to practical, real-world tasks.
- Participate in a technology and business development curriculum.
- Engage in company events such as the Intern Symposium and community outreach activities.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You are currently pursuing or have obtained a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Familiarity with at least one Object-oriented programming (OOP) language.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or greater is preferred.
- Relevant majors include Computer Science, Cybersecurity, and other related fields.
Location & details#
- Term: Summer 2027 (early June through August).
- Modality: This is a full-time, on-site position.
- Locations: Hartford, Connecticut; Atlanta, Georgia; St. Paul, Minnesota; or Hunt Valley, Maryland.
- Compensation: This is a paid internship.
