About the role#
This internship with the Global Engineering and Technology division offers hands-on experience at the Disneyland Resort. You will support engineers on projects across attractions, maintenance, and entertainment. The program runs from January through June 2027 and requires full-time availability.
What you'll do#
- Create drafting and onsite as-built documentation.
- Coordinate design work with outside consultants.
- Collect field data and perform testing.
- Recommend corrective actions and justify your findings.
- Develop attraction requirements and design opportunities.
- Assist with sustaining engineering tasks, including downtime response.
- Prepare close-out documentation for design changes and new attractions.
- Communicate project status to management and team members.
- Follow all company, state, and federal regulations.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment as a Junior, Senior, or Graduate student in mechanical engineering.
- A GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Matlab.
- A valid US driver's license.
- Strong leadership, technical, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Unrestricted work authorization.

- Location: Anaheim, California.
- Term: Winter 2027 (January to June).
- Modality: On-site, 40 hours per week.
- Compensation: $30.00 per hour for undergraduates and $35.00 per hour for graduate students.
