About the role#
The University of Tulsa is hiring a student assistant to support the Athletics Donor Relations team. This position is open to students majoring in Business Administration, Communications, or Psychology. It is an on-site, paid work-study role with rolling availability.
What you'll do#
- Set up and tear down donor activations and Gameday events in Golden Hurricane Champions Fund areas.
- Provide customer service to stakeholders at premium areas and events.
- Update contact lists for donors and former student-athletes.
- Create marketing materials, including the Champions Fund membership brochure.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by the development staff.
What you'll need#
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to take initiative and work well within a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands.
