About the role#
The Law School at The University of Tulsa is hiring a Student Worker to support the Professional Development Office. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and help keep the office running on a daily basis. This is a paid, on-site role with a rolling start date.
What you'll do#
- Greet and assist visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Handle other related tasks as assigned.
What you'll need#
- You must be currently enrolled as a student.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage your time effectively.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment and procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in customer service, administrative roles, or front desk work is preferred.
Location & details#
- This position is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma, at the Law School.
- Work is on-site.
- You must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- The role may require standing for extended periods and occasional lifting of light office supplies.
