About the role#
As a Student Tour Guide, you will act as a host for campus visitors at the Office of Admissions. You will welcome guests, share your personal experience, and help recruit prospective students. This role involves providing customer service and answering questions about university programs. You will also assist families with visit logistics and follow up with them after their time on campus.
What you'll do#
- Lead tours for campus visitors.
- Market the university to prospective students.
- Help families arrange their campus visits.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
- Organize recruitment materials and track inventory levels.
- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude while working with staff and guests.

- Enrollment in Communications or Business Administration programs.
Location & details#
- Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with some required Saturday shifts.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
- Hiring Term: Rolling.
