About the role#
This position offers hands-on experience with enterprise software systems and CRM technology. You will work alongside Salesforce administrators and developers to support high-impact projects within the University of New Mexico. The role focuses on Student Success, Recruitment, Admissions, and Program Management. It is a suitable entry point for students interested in IT, data analytics, systems administration, or business process improvement.
What you'll do#
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Assist with data validation, testing, and project documentation.
- Help system users with troubleshooting and tracking requests.
- Participate in Agile project support for ongoing system enhancements.
- Learn Salesforce fundamentals and CRM best practices.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Dependable and detail-oriented work habits.
- Interest in how IT applications support business and student service functions.
- Ability to work 10 hours per week during the fall and spring semesters.
Location & details#
- Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- Work modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM MDT.
- Term: Fall 2026 and Winter 2027.
- Compensation: This is a paid position.
