About the role#
The Office of Sponsored Projects is hiring a Student Business Analyst to support the management of research administration data and system access. You will report to the Business Analyst and help improve the efficiency of our internal processes. This role is based in the office full-time.
What you'll do#
- Manage account access for various systems and sponsor portals.
- Clean and maintain research administration data.
- Assist in building and maintaining databases for tracking and reporting.
- Analyze, interpret, and summarize data for statistical reports.
- Test new or modified software to ensure it meets user requirements.
- Consult with stakeholders and technical experts to gather information on system features and data requirements.
What you'll need#
- You are a student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or Computer Science.
- You work well in a large team setting.
- You are a self-starter who handles diverse duties effectively.
