    About the role#

    The Department of Family Community Medicine at The University of New Mexico is hiring an Admin Assistant and Lab Aide. This is an entry-level student position supporting the Research Program on Psychedelic Therapies. You will work across multiple projects rather than being assigned to one specific study. This role requires 10 to 20 hours per week.

    What you'll do#

    • Print, collate, scan, and copy study forms and office documents.
    • File and organize physical binders and paper records.
    • Shred documents and break down cardboard boxes for recycling.
    • Run campus errands, including mail pickups and dry ice collection.
    • Assist senior staff with basic data entry into spreadsheets.
    • Complete general clerical tasks as needed.

    What you'll need#

    • Current student status with eligibility for Federal Work-Study (FWS).
    • Ability to handle basic office logistics.
    • Dependable team player mindset.
    • Capacity to provide general administrative support.
