About the role#
The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking an intern for the Performance Innovations team. This is a paid, full-time summer internship program lasting 10 weeks. You will work on-site in Worcester, Massachusetts, during the summer of 2027.
What you'll do#
- Review and interpret performance measures alongside your business manager.
- Determine process performance requirements and identify appropriate metrics.
- Conduct research on process performance reports to inform Process Leads.
- Assist with conflict resolution.
- Work with your manager to understand the financial impact, skill requirements, and legal or compliance issues related to specific processes.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a bachelor's or advanced degree program, specifically in Business Administration, Economics, or Operations Management.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to commit to a full-time 10-week program.
- Ability to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
