About the role#
We are hiring a Culinary Intern to join our team at the Ponte Vedra Inn and Club. This is a paid, full-time position that offers exposure to our 5 Diamond service standards and operations. You will participate in a culinary rotation to build your skills in a professional kitchen environment.
What you'll do#
- Provide service and hospitality to our guests and members.
- Participate in a culinary rotation across our food and beverage operations.
What you'll need#
- You must be a recent graduate or currently pursuing a degree in hospitality or business administration.
- You have a flexible schedule that includes working evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Previous experience in luxury club food and beverage management is preferred.
