About the role#
As a Construction Project Management Intern, you will work with Project Managers and Project Engineers to support the execution of multifamily construction projects. You will be part of a specific project team, gaining experience through both office-based tasks and site visits. This role involves tracking project progress, managing documentation, and assisting with the daily operations required to bring construction plans to completion.
What you'll do#
- Assist with subcontractor coordination, material tracking, and document control.
- Use Procore to manage daily observation reports, drawing sets, submittals, and punch lists.
- Maintain project files, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
- Support the team with bid analysis, schedule reviews, and contract drafting.
- Generate project reports for the site team and subcontractors.
- Visit construction sites to track progress and observe how project challenges are managed.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail.
- Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
- A positive, proactive attitude and a focus on problem-solving.
- Experience with marketing, public speaking, or presentations is preferred.

- Location: Denver, Colorado.
- This is a full-time, paid, on-site internship.
- The position operates on a rolling basis.
