About the role#
This construction internship offers an immersion into the multifamily construction industry. You will work on multimillion-dollar projects and gain hands-on experience as part of our in-house general contractor team. This is a full-time, paid position for Summer 2027.
What you'll do#
- Assist the project team with site management, subcontractor coordination, and inspections of completed work.
- Manage project controls, including document management, requests for information, submittals, change management, and quality control.
- Join project planning meetings and reviews.
- Support the preconstruction team by performing quantity take-offs, developing bid packages, soliciting bids, and preparing estimates.
What you'll need#
- Enrollment in a bachelor's degree program for Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project management skills.
- Ability to track, report, and manage multiple priorities.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
