About the role#
Alliance Residential Company is hiring a full-time Construction Management Intern in Charlotte, North Carolina. This is a paid, on-site position with a rolling term.
What you'll do#
You will work directly with job site superintendents to manage structural shell construction. Your daily tasks include verifying that working decks are prepared for inspections and coordinating communication between subcontractors and site leadership. You will observe concrete pours, perform slump tests, and ensure all documentation is accurate. Additionally, you will spot check control lines, railing block-outs, and water availability, while assisting with the coordination of framing, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing subcontractors in the clubhouse.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Flexibility in your work schedule to meet business and deadline needs.
- Ability to maintain consistent, regular, and in-person attendance.
Location & details#
This position is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. The role is full-time and requires on-site attendance. Please note that work hours may extend beyond a standard Monday through Friday schedule, and you may work more than 40 hours per week.
