About the role#
Continental Properties is hiring a Pre-Construction Intern to join the construction team at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. You will work directly with our project team on the development and construction management of rental housing communities. This is a paid position.
What you'll do#
- Research project codes, permits, and fees.
- Coordinate dry utilities.
- Support the team with early budgets and cost estimates.
What you'll need#
- You are currently a Freshman, Sophomore, or Junior student.
- You are enrolled in an Engineering, Construction Management, or related degree program.
- You have a genuine interest in the construction industry.
- You can work at least 20 hours per week during the Spring 2027 semester.
Location & details#
- Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
- Work Modality: On-site.
- Schedule: Part-time during Spring 2027, transitioning to full-time during Summer 2027.
- Pay: $20.00 to $24.00 per hour.
