About the role#
Continental Properties is hiring a Human Resources Intern for the Summer 2027 term. You will work from our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin, gaining exposure to various HR functions including Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Onboarding, Payroll, and Benefits.
What you'll do#
- Support the full employee life cycle.
- Source and review resumes to identify potential candidates.
- Manage job postings and closures within our Applicant Tracking System and on job boards.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Provide support for Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Compensation and Benefit activities.
- Assist with projects aimed at improving the experience for candidates, employees, and our internal team.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment as a college student in a Human Resources, Business, or related degree program.

- Location: Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin.
- Term: Summer 2027.
- Status: Full-time.
- Compensation: $19.00 to $20.00 per hour.
