About the role#
This 12-month internship supports network infrastructure projects across Church facilities in the Riverton and Salt Lake City areas. You will work alongside network engineers, project managers, and operational teams to gain hands-on experience in project coordination and enterprise network operations. This is a full-time, paid position requiring a Monday through Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note that employment at the Church requires members to be worthy of a temple recommend.
What you'll do#
- Organize and maintain project documentation for network infrastructure initiatives.
- Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- Assist with project planning, coordination, and communication efforts.
- Support network teams by maintaining accurate project records and status updates.
- Coordinate meetings, document decisions, and distribute information to stakeholders.
- Help ensure project documentation is complete, organized, and accessible.
- Assist with inventory tracking, project logistics, and administrative tasks.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to ongoing network improvement projects.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in an accredited college or university, or graduation within the past year.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
