About the role#
This internship helps you build technical expertise as a Field Applications Engineer. You will work with customer engineers and internal teams to understand how product characteristics correlate to system-level requirements. The role focuses on technical competency in product selection, implementation, and debugging.
What you'll do#
- Identify potential projects through sales tools and relationships with design engineering.
- Provide customers with proposals for complete, system-level solutions.
- Influence part selection processes by using your technical expertise.
- Position products favorably against the competition.
What you'll need#
- Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- A cumulative GPA of 3.0/4.0 or higher.
- A basic understanding of schematics, layouts, and digital components.
- Knowledge of analog circuitry, including op-amps, DC/DC power, data converters, and sensing.
- Experience with lab equipment such as oscilloscopes.

- This is an on-site position based in Austin, Texas.
- This is a full-time, paid internship with a rolling term.
