About the role#
This position supports laboratory and research efforts within the School of Public and Allied Health at Prairie View A&M University. You will assist with daily operations and contribute to ongoing academic projects.
What you'll do#
- Support the computer lab operations.
- Help develop and implement research projects, including data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
- Prepare reports, manuscripts, and presentations for scientific conferences and publications.
- Assist in creating research protocols, study designs, and questionnaires.
- Maintain and develop research databases.
- Monitor relevant academic literature.
- Attend meetings and conferences to present research findings.
- Handle other duties as assigned to support daily operations.
What you'll need#
- A bachelor's degree in an applicable field.
- Current enrollment as a full-time graduate student at Prairie View A&M University.
- Good academic standing.
