About the role#
This internship provides practical exposure to geotechnical, environmental, materials, and facilities engineering. You will work alongside professionals to turn classroom learning into real-world experience. You will contribute to active client projects and gain a better understanding of how technical decisions impact the community. You will also participate in a nationwide cohort program where you can share your experiences with executive leadership.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with experienced engineers and technicians on field and laboratory assignments.
- Support active project work and observe how technical decisions translate to client outcomes.
- Build core skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report development.
- Receive mentorship from professionals committed to your growth.
- Learn safe field and laboratory practices, ASTM, DOT, and COE testing standards, and project management fundamentals.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Business Administration, or related technical fields.
- An interest in consulting and fieldwork.
- Demonstrated curiosity, teamwork, and alignment with company values.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history may be required.

- Location: Tyler, Texas.
- This is an on-site, full-time, paid internship.
- The term is rolling.
