About the role#
This internship provides practical exposure to geotechnical, environmental, materials, and facilities engineering. You will work alongside professionals on real client projects to turn your classroom learning into experience. As an intern, you will join a nationwide cohort and receive mentorship from staff committed to your professional growth.
What you'll do#
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians on field and laboratory assignments.
- Support active project work and see how technical decisions affect clients and the community.
- Build skills in sampling, testing, data analysis, and report development.
- Participate in a nationwide cohort program and share your experience with executive leadership.
- Learn about safety culture, testing standards, project management, and client communication.
What you'll need#
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Biology, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related technical fields.
- An interest in consulting and fieldwork.
- Curiosity, teamwork, and alignment with our core values.
- A valid driver’s license with an acceptable violation history may be required.

- Modality: On-site.
