About the role#
TensorWave is hiring a Technical Account Manager Intern to help with client onboarding and product adoption. You will work with cross-functional teams to support business objectives and ensure client success.
What you'll do#
- Help onboard new clients and guide them through product adoption.
- Act as a bridge between clients, engineering teams, and sales.
- Track client performance metrics and prepare account reports.
- Document customer feedback and feature requests.
- Shadow senior team members in client meetings and participate in discovery calls.
- Assist in the delivery of technical presentations.
What you'll need#
- Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- A foundational understanding of IT concepts, cloud technologies, or software platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- The ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
- High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
