About the role#
We are looking for a Field Marketing Intern to join our team for the summer. You will gain hands-on experience in planning and executing marketing events, ranging from executive roundtables to large trade shows. You will work with our team and cross-functional partners to create memorable in-person and virtual experiences.
What you'll do#
- Assist in the planning and execution of corporate events, including trade shows, dinners, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics like venue selection, vendor communication, shipping, swag inventory, and on-site setup.
- Collaborate with the design team to produce event collateral, signage, and branded materials.
- Manage event registration platforms, attendee communications, and surveys.
- Track event budgets, invoices, and expenses while maintaining organized records.
- Monitor event performance metrics and compile post-event recaps.
- Support field marketing campaigns that drive event attendance and pipeline generation.
- Attend at least one live event and take ownership of a defined workstream on-site.
What you'll need#
- Current junior or senior status pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with event platforms like Lu.ma, Eventbrite, or Splash is a plus.
- A positive, team-first attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Willingness to travel for events if needed.
